  1. Order Placement: All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Mytro.
  2. Payment: Payment for orders placed through the app must be made at the time of order placement.
  3. Delivery: We offer two delivery options:
    • Standard Delivery: Orders placed before 11 AM will be delivered on the same day with a delivery fee of Rs. 20. Orders placed after 11 AM will be delivered the next day.
    • Express Delivery: Orders will be delivered within 45 minutes for a fee of Rs. 40.
  4. Personal Information: We collect and use personal information (name, phone number, email) strictly for order processing and communication purposes.
  5. No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for orders once they have been placed.
  6. Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.
  7. Accuracy: We make every effort to ensure that the information on our app is accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy at all times.
  8. Modification of Terms: Mytro reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
